We ventured down an East London alleyway and into the Bethnal Green railway arches. We walked into the fully functioning, bespoke shoemaker (cordwainer) with its beautifully backlit machinery and a communal dining table running through.
With no kitchen to speak of, RANDE once again went where no pop up has been before. We will serve up 4 scrumptious, unusual and beautifully presented courses to our guests – Neapolitan Mango Salad, Ceviche Prawn Toast, Rosemary Smoked Mutton and Vintage Lemon foam with Crème Anglaise.
It was a communal dining experience where you were encouraged to mix & mingle. As always, fun was a top priority and strictly enforced at all costs.
